1:00pm-2:30pm Check in/Social time/games
2:30pm-3:00pm Opening Meeting, assignment of teams
3:00pm-3:30pm Report to Teams/Change for Afternoon Run
3:30pm-4:00pm Dynamic warm up cycle
4:00pm-5:00pm Afternoon Run, 40 min out and back
5:00pm-6:30pm Dinner, seating by team
6:30pm-7:45pm Team Building, Group Games, Introductions of Counseling Staff
7:45pm-9:00pm Team Meetings to discuss strategy
9:00pm All Campers report back to dorms
9:00pm-10:30pm Shower/cleanup/relaxation time
10:30pm Lights out
Monday, July 21st
7:00am Wake-up
7:30am -8:30am Breakfast/Light Snacks
8:30am-9:00am Dynamic Warm-up/Preparation for Morning Run
9:00am-11:00am Morning Run Session/Activity
Group#1: Run Approximately 4 miles to river inlet, tube down the river back to camp
Group#2: Interval Relay Competition, then return for Presentation/Strength Circuit Training

12:00pm-2:30pm XC in the Hills Olympics! Team Competitions

7:00am -7:30am Pre-Race Breakfast/Light Snacks at the pavilion
7:30am-8:00am Dynamic Warm-up as a team, prepare for team race
8:00am-9:00am Team Race! Scored XC Style where top 2 Male,top 2 Female, and Final
Male/Female Finisher make up your team score. 3.1-mile race distance.
9:00am-11:00pm Group #1: Beach Time
*Activities to include canoeing, pontoon/speed boat rides, water tubing, water trampoline, log roll,
swimming, field games, and more!
Group #2: Team Building Adventure Activities at Camp Nuhop
11:00am-12:00pm Group Lunch at Camp served picnic style
12:00pm-2:00pm Group #2: Beach Time

3:30pm-5:00pm Learning Session, Foam Rolling and Good Form Running Clinic (Split time)
5:00pm-6:00pm Afternoon Run, 30 min shakeout, Saucony try-ons for those interested
6:00pm-7:00pm Dinner -- Pizza Party at the Pavilion
7:00pm-7:30pm Team Meeting, Final Prep for team Presentations
7:30pm-9:00pm Team Competitions/Presentations
9:00pm-10:00pm Camp Dance Party hosted by DJ Bobby C
10:00pm All Campers report back to dorms

Point-to-point trail run to Covered Bridge, Bus Transport back. There will be
time for soaking in the river at covered bridge.
12:00pm-1:00pm Lunch/Free Time
1:00pm-2:30pm Key Note Speaker
